Culture,
Engineered.
Identogram is a creative studio and holding company built where Japan meets California — turning identity into brands, apparel, software, and stories.
The name says it: Identity + Ideogram. An ideogram is a character that carries meaning at a glance — 漢字 compress whole ideas into a single mark. That's what we build for brands: identity, distilled until it reads instantly.
We work from Southern California with one foot in Japanese culture and the other in the Pacific. Everything in our ecosystem — the research, the apparel, the software — comes from the same study: what happens when two cultures share a coastline.

Our Story Where 日本 meets the Golden State.
A living study of Japanese-California fusion — hundreds of articles, profiles, and stories documenting the culture that grew where the two shores trade influence: food, music, skate, surf, language, and the people who carry it.
Identity is the story.
Creative ideation and storytelling rooted in the Hafu (ハーフ) experience — mixed heritage as a creative engine, not a footnote.
Yoshika's surf brand.
Boards, salt, and clean lines. Surf apparel designed by Yoshika with the minimal, fresh aesthetic the name promises — California surf culture with a Japanese eye for restraint.
Genji's streetwear.
Unclaimed by category, unbothered by trend. Genji's streetwear label brings Japanese street sensibility to California fits — limited runs, bold marks, no filler.

Naming, visual identity, and brand systems with cultural depth built in.
Custom software
Sites, tools, and digital products engineered to carry a brand, not just display it.
